Mountaintop Elopement: Whiteface Mountain & Hotel Saranac | Lake Placid Wedding Photographer

Eeee I've been dying to share this elopement! Nothing makes my heart more happy than tiny weddings filled with big love. Katie and Chris got ahold of me this past winter and I instantly knew they were my kind of couple. Especially when she told me she loved the genuine feel my work had. A girl couldn't get a greater compliment!!

Their elopement was nothing short of ah-mazing! They invited their closest nearest dearest and had the most simple, sweet ceremony followed by a climb to the top with some of their friends and family. We finished the evening with their intimate reception dinner at the newly restored Hotel Saranac in Saranac Lake. And can we just talk about the awesome late July weather we had that evening?!  In addition a big shout out goes to the Shamrock Motorcycle Club Third Irish Chapter for sprinkling some good laughs, beers and cheers to this elopement. We all appreciated their helpfulness to hold up patrons of the highway so Katie and Chris could have an uninterrupted mountaintop ceremony.
