Adirondack 1920's Intimate Wedding: Porcupine Inn | Saranac Lake Wedding Photographer

Oh this wedding, where do I begin?! I have been anxiously awaiting to share this intimate wedding with you. October has been the craziest of months for weddings this year and I couldn’t have a better wedding to kick the month off with than Sara & Andrew’s.

Being a Saranac Lake transplant I always love getting to explore new streets, meet new faces and see new places that I’ve yet come across. Having an opportunity to capture a wedding at The Porcupine Inn fit that bill. Tucked away in the cure cottage district of Saranac Lake which is rich in history sits this historic inn. At one of our pre-wedding meetings Sara described wanting the wedding to feel like their guests were apart of a 1920’s gala in the Adirondacks. From the stylish inn, fur shawls, old fashions served at the bar and the 1920’s glam brought to you by the bridal party it felt like a lavish affair among the swankiest of Saranac Lakers.

Sara and Andrew are seriously such a catch! I adored working with them and am so happy to call them friends outside of the wedding world. They truly adore one another and I cannot get over their sense of humor and admiration for one another and their closest family and friends. Here is a glimpse into the wedding gala that just stole my heart!!
